Paseo del Prado in the city of Cienfuegos (Calle 37) stretches from the Inglés River to Punta Gorda, the longest street in all of Cuba.
It is the perfect place to wander through and to see how the daily lives of the locals unfold. This area is imbued with beautiful Neoclassical elements and pastel-color columns.
One of the most interesting points, located at the intersection of the Paseo del Prado and Avenida 54 is the Statue of Benny Moré.
It is a life-size statue in homage to famous musician, Benny moré. Continuing south, the street turns into a El Malecón (esplanade) that offers incredible views over one of the world’s most beautiful natural bays.
