Playa Punta Francés Beach is located in a stretch of the southwestern coast of Isla de la Juventud, just between Punta Francés Headland and Punta Pedernales Headland. Its name comes from the french pirate François Leclerc.
Hidden in the virgin nature, Playa Punta Francés Beach counts on 3 km long of wide dunes of white fine sand where different sea turtles nest. The strongest attraction for visitors is the seabed of the beach, one of the best places for water sports. In its quiet and crystalline waters, you can see coral reefs, sunken boats and an abundant marine life.
