Miramar is a quiet residential area in the municipality of PlayaHavana. It boasts great avenues and old manor houses from pre-revolutionary times where several consulates and embassies are located. Among these, note the one from Russia, with a gigantic obelisk in Stalin-style dominating the horizon of the avenue.
