Dive into and relax for hours in the ancient healing waters of Los Acuáticos for an unforgettable experience

Antonia Izquierdo, who believed in the medicinal and therapeutic properties of the water, to which the town owes its name, founded Los Acuáticos, located on the mountainside, in 1943.

The last person who had knowledge about the curative effects of the water passed away in 2002. However, although she did not transfer its legacy, the people of Los Acuáticos keep their faith in this tradition.

We recommend a trip to Los Acuáticos not just from a cultural point of view, but also so that you can witness its beautiful landscape, as it stretch the whole kilometer between the exit of Dos Hermanas and the town; it has a great range of autochthonous vegetation, a perfect frame for the lifestyle and beliefs of the natives.

The complete route is 4 km if you take the common detour through the walkway after visiting the village of Los Acuáticos. You can access it by foot or horse. We advise you to depend on the services of a guide.
