The Colonial Art Museum (Museo de Arte Colonial) is located on a 17th century palace perfectly preserved which belonged to the Valle Iznaga family. It went under several transformations, and counts today with 19th century architectural characteristics. This two-roof building is known as the House of the Hundred Doors, since it has that many openings, counting both doors and windows.
In this museum are shown ceramics, furniture, marbles, cabinetmaking and paintings from the colotial times. In addition to valuable decorative arts collections.
