The Petrolero San Pascual Oil Tanker has has spent almost 90 years aground next to Cayo Francés, Cuba, since it was shipwrecked in 1933. It was made with reinforced concrete in San Francisco, 1920, and has become one of the oldest and most curious objects in the area.
It is also well-known by natives as El Pontón. It was used as storage for brushwood, later opening as a surreal hotel-restaurant. Many people consider it to be another of the islets, offering tourists accommodation in its 10 cabins and an enviable location to enjoy the attractions in the area.
