Its interior houses around 6,000 works depicting the history of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution, considered the largest mass organization in the country and the cornerstone of the citizen governance. In addition to its patrimonial value due to the goods it possesses, it is a cultural reference point and has a major impact on Cuban society.
This museum mainly exhibits paintings and was deemed a “Special Museum” by the Cuban Ministry of Culture.
This is especially enticing to tourists who wish to discover more about the Cuban socio-political model. It is particularly interesting for those tourists interested in learning about the Cuban socio-political system.
