The Museo Casa de México Benito Juárez Museum is located in a building dating back to the end of the 18th century in Obrapía Street, Old Havana, the city’s historical center. Its interior houses the history, art and culture of Mexico.
The museum has four rooms where acrylic works and popular Mexican art are exhibited. It is the most important cultural center in Havana dedicated to promoting Mexican culture.
It also has wonderful interior patios where artistic shows take place, a conference room which hosts important events, and the Alfonso Reyes Library. It also has a classroom-museum that promotes cultural heritage, especially among children.
